• Refund requests for initiation or finalization fees will result in complete termination of the website design project • Once a refund is processed, all work completed and services rendered will be immediately discontinued
2.3 Website Hosting Subscription
• Website hosting subscriptions are non-refundable • Cancellation of the hosting subscription will result in complete termination of website services
2.4 Maintenance Services
• Maintenance fee refunds are prorated based on service usage • Clients may receive a partial refund depending on the extent of services utilized • A full maintenance fee refund is available if:
- No maintenance services have been used
- The refund request is submitted within 15 days of purchase
- All other refund conditions are met
